Most people are seen quickly, and new patients start with the $47 evaluation, which covers the consultation, orthopedic and neurological testing, digital imaging if it is clinically necessary, a full findings review, and a trial shockwave or red light therapy session where it is appropriate.
Where exactly are you?
276 Paseo Reyes Dr, St. Augustine, FL 32095. The clinic is just off U.S. 1 at World Golf Parkway, near the entrance to the Palencia neighborhood, roughly ten miles north of downtown St. Augustine. Parking is on site.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Photo ID, your insurance card if you have one, and any recent imaging or reports relating to the problem. If you are coming after a car accident, bring the claim number and your insurer’s details so we can handle the PIP paperwork properly from the first visit.
Do you take walk-ins?
Call first. Same-day appointments are often available, but a first visit includes a full examination and a findings review, so it needs a proper slot rather than a gap between patients.
