Exam first, always
Nothing is treated before it is examined. Orthopedic and neurological testing on the first visit, digital X-ray on site where it is clinically warranted, and findings documented before a plan exists.
For personal injury attorneys
A chiropractic practice that examines before it treats, handles Florida PIP directly, and documents as care happens rather than after the fact. Refer a client below, or call (904) 217-3982 and ask for the front desk.
Most of what an attorney needs from a treating chiropractor is not clinical brilliance. It is discipline: an examination before treatment, a record that grows with the case rather than being assembled at the end, and the honesty to say when a client needs somebody else. Those are the things this practice is built around.
Nothing is treated before it is examined. Orthopedic and neurological testing on the first visit, digital X-ray on site where it is clinically warranted, and findings documented before a plan exists.
Florida is a no-fault state and the practice handles PIP cases directly, including the paperwork. Your client is not left to work out billing between visits.
Findings, imaging, the treatment plan and progress are recorded as treatment proceeds, not reconstructed at the end. A record built contemporaneously is the one that holds up.
Adjusting, soft tissue treatment, decompression and rehabilitation. No prescriptions, no injections, no surgery. Where those are the right path, the client is referred out and you are told.
Florida is a no-fault state. Under the PIP statute’s initial-care and 14-day requirements, medical benefits are payable only where initial services and care begin within 14 days of the accident, and a chiropractic physician licensed under chapter 460 is named among the providers who may lawfully deliver that initial care. That statutory window is the first thing the office checks on any auto-injury referral.
The practice handles PIP cases directly, including the paperwork, so the client is not left to navigate billing between visits. Care itself is conservative and drug-free: adjusting, soft tissue treatment, non-surgical decompression where a disc is involved, and rehabilitation so the correction holds. There is a fuller account of the injury patterns a crash produces on the whiplash and auto injury page.
We do not publish case counts, attorney relationships or outcome claims here, because we hold no verified figures for them and would rather not invent any. Ask the office and you will get a direct answer.
Equipment matters on a PI case for two reasons: it widens what can be treated conservatively before a surgical referral, and it produces objective findings for the record. Everything below is on site.
The DRX9000 and OmniWave sit inside the equipment side of the practice, which is where disc-driven pain and stubborn soft tissue injury go once hands-on care alone has stopped moving the needle.
You refer by form or phone with the client’s first name and number. The office calls the client to book the first visit.
Consultation, full orthopedic and neurological testing, and digital imaging where clinically warranted. The statutory window is the first thing the office checks.
The client sees what was found and why it explains their symptoms. The plan, its length and its cost are documented and explained before treatment begins.
Care proceeds against the plan with progress recorded at each visit. Re-evaluation is scheduled rather than ad hoc, so the record shows change over time.
Treatment ends when the client has reached maximum improvement, or is referred on when findings warrant a medical or surgical opinion. Either way, the reasoning is in the record.

Tell us how you want records, reports and updates delivered, and the office will work to that. Records exist as care proceeds, so they are available when you ask rather than being written up afterwards. Where a client is referred out, you are told why.
Payment arrangements on a personal injury case, including letters of protection and lien work, are agreed case by case with the office rather than promised on a web page. Call (904) 217-3982 and ask for the front desk.

Two ways. Call (904) 217-3982, or send the minimum below and the office will phone the client. The form deliberately collects only what is needed to place that call: please do not send medical detail, documents or insurer information through the website.
Phone is the fastest route for anything time-sensitive, and the 14-day window makes most PI referrals time-sensitive. The front desk is the right first call.

Under Florida Statute 627.736, PIP medical benefits are payable only if the injured person receives initial services and care within 14 days of the motor vehicle accident. A genuine injury first treated on day 16 can lose the medical benefit entirely. It is the first thing the office checks on any auto-injury referral, and the reason we would rather see a client early than perfectly.
Yes. The same statute names a chiropractic physician licensed under chapter 460 among the providers who may lawfully deliver the initial services and care that open PIP medical benefits. Both doctors here are licensed chiropractic physicians in Florida, and the licences are publicly verifiable.
Ask the office, tell us the format you need and where to send it, and we will work to that. Records are built as care proceeds, so they exist when you ask rather than being written up afterwards. Specific turnaround commitments are something to agree with the office directly rather than something we will promise on a web page.
Then you and the client are told, and the client is referred on. Progressive neurological loss, suspected fracture, or findings that need a surgical opinion all go to the appropriate provider. Keeping a case in the building that does not belong there helps nobody, least of all the claim.
Please ask the office directly. Payment arrangements on a personal injury case are agreed case by case, and we would rather give you a straight answer on the phone than a general one here.
On purpose. Your client’s name and phone number, with the fact that they were injured, is health information. The form collects only what the office needs to place a call, and gathers the history on that call inside the clinical record. Please do not send medical detail or documents through the website.
Call (904) 217-3982 and ask for the front desk, or send the referral form above. Time matters on a Florida PIP claim.
