One clinic, at 276 Paseo Reyes Dr in St. Augustine, Florida. It is just off U.S. 1 at World Golf Parkway, near the entrance to the Palencia neighborhood, which puts most of St. Johns County within a straightforward drive up or down U.S. 1.
